Humphrey is a UEFA B Football coach with an upper class bachelors degree in Sports Coaching. Our head coach has a real passion for football and believes all young children deserve to have a positive sporting experience whilst developing as an individual physically, mentally, and improving their social skills. Humphrey’s experience includes playing semi-professional football, working at Brentford Football Club’s Academy as head academy development coach and he now currently has a part-time academy coordinator’s role with Fulham Football Club.
Finlay is an FA Level 1 coach who is new to coaching. However his lack of experience doesn’t thwart his enthusiasm. His passion for the game comes from playing football at semi-professional level since he was 16. He is a master at digital media, has a BTEC Level 3 in Creative Media and an A Level in Photography. He is developing his portfolio and is definitely one to watch.
Luke is an FA Level 2 Football Coach and has an FA Level 2 in Talent Identification qualification. Luke is extremely passionate about football and is keen to develop children into better players technically and mentally. His previous coaching experience comes from Crawley Town FC and has been in the football industry since the age of 19. The lack of experience should not be overlooked due to his enthusiastic and passionate persona as he is very keen to develop as a coach.
James is a Sports Performance and Sports Coaching graduate currently studying Psychology with a view to achieving chartered status as a Sport Psychologist. He has been involved in sport all his life, in particular rugby. He has played and coached rugby at a number of different levels and is now looking forward to combining all his previous experience in the sporting world and put it into practise under the USC brand.
Daniel is a Sports and Exercise Science graduate specialising in Performance Analysis. He has gained experience through working with video analysis at Crytsal Palace Football Club and the Norwegian Football Association. He is constantly looking to improve his skill set and find new innovative ways to deliver analysis to players and coaches.
Having been coached and mentored by Humphrey for 5 years, at the age of 17, Ryan is possibly our most astute coach who thinks in great detail about football and sport. A very bright and academically gifted young man who is also a very good centre midfielder, Ryan is currently undertaking is coaching qualifications whilst completing his A Levels at college.
Louie was coached by Humphrey as a player since the age of 12 and now works for him as a coach. Recently qualified FA Level 1 coach as well as FA referee certified. Currently attending 6th form studying A-Levels. Louie continues to play Sunday league for a local team as well as supporting the same club by officiating younger years on Saturdays.
Oké is a FA Level 1 qualified coach and a Level 2 gym instructor who aims to always bring life and confidence into every session. His creative nature and passion for boxing gives an inclusive edge to the development of young children.
Max is a FA Level 1 Coach with an award in Sports Science. He has worked as a teacher and coach in schools for more than 5 years. His playing career has seen him playing for clubs such as West Ham United and Bromley FC in the past. More recently, he’s focused his to attention to working with academies in Surrey and London. He works hard to ensure all his sessions are fun and dynamic so everyone’s a winner!
Solly is another coach, who has been mentored and coached by Humphrey from the age of 14. An FA Qualified Level 1 Coach and having a BTEC in Sports and Exercise. Having a strong passion for football from the early age of 8 years old, and currently playing at a semi-professional level. Using his knowledge of the game to help future players, but is also very adamant to develop his coaching skills.
